high risk personal loans

I am a 22 year old and I have a few problems on my credit report. I will list them below:
I thought that one could request validation at any time if they were confused and wanted proof before disputing or considering settlement, etc..
With this pre-approval, the lender will give you a formal pre-approval letter up to the amount that you qualify for that you can take to seller.
(High risk personal loans) FYI: My current score is EX: 722 and this lien is the only derogatory statement on my report.
